Welcome. I'm Dr. Marna Malan, a Professional Executive Coach and qualified Industrial Psychologist dedicated to the growth, development, and transition of executive leaders across the globe.
With a career spanning more than 25 years in human resources and people development, I bring a wealth of specialised experience to our coaching partnership.
Though I am a proud South African, I am currently based in the Middle East, offering a unique global perspective that enriches my work with senior and executive leaders from diverse industries and cultures.
